God is calling Christian men everywhere to man up. The purpose of this blog is three-fold. Man up because the world needs men who will stand for righteousness. Man up because that is the direction we want to go in our spiritual lives. Man up because each man will be taking a turn providing an encouraging verse to the others (next man up). I pray it accomplishes its purposes. Jeremiah 29:13 - "And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart."

1 Timothy 4:12 - "Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity." Are we acting in any way that causes those around us to think negatively on us or Christians in general? Or, are we being genuine in our Christian lives and setting a good example for those watching us (children, friends, co-workers, etc.)? - Jason Barrett
