God is calling Christian men everywhere to man up. The purpose of this blog is three-fold. Man up because the world needs men who will stand for righteousness. Man up because that is the direction we want to go in our spiritual lives. Man up because each man will be taking a turn providing an encouraging verse to the others (next man up). I pray it accomplishes its purposes. Jeremiah 29:13 - "And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart."

2 Samuel 7:14a - "I will be his father, and he shall be my son." Psalm 27:10 - "When my father and my mother forsake me, then the LORD will take me up." The failures of earthly fathers can be healed, and all our needs for fathering met by our true Father, God. His love and strength can altogether fill that void. It's an amazing offer to the deepest needs of our hearts. - Daniel Holser
